At the NANOCON 2013 conference Stanislav Hason will present a key-note lecture
at the Session C – Bionanotechnology, Nanomaterials in Medicine.
He received his Mgr. degree (in 1999) and Ph.D. degree (in 2002) from the Masaryk University in Brno (Czech Republic, EU), Faculty of Science, Department of Condensed Matter Physics. In 1999 he completed a three-month internship in the laboratory of Prof. Buess-Herman (Department of Analytical Chemistry, Univesité de Bruxelles, Brussels, Belgium, EU) and during the years 2001 and 2002 he attended an one-month internship in the laboratory of Prof. Silvennoinen (Department of Physics and Mathematics, University of Eastern Finland, Joensuu, Finland, EU).
He published 27 papers in the refereed impacted international journals and three chapters in books and 2 papers in conference proceedings. The publications received 349 citations in total, 264 without self-citations (Web of Science), Hirsch factor: H = 13.
He is recipient of grants and research projects; currently it is one national project (GA CR) and one project of international cooperation with Finland.
In 2005 was awarded Otto Wichterle price for young scientists.
